Success stories:
- European Union: Benchmarked Japan's fixed and mobile broadband markets for the European Union and advised on what Europe can learn from Japan in telecoms
- Government of Finland: advised TEKES on Finland's Government R&D funding strategy in mobile services for 2005-2010 from our Japan perspective. We provided input and advise how TEKES can learn from Japan's developments in mobile services for Finland
- Embassies: Eurotechnology Japan KK cooperates intensively with several foreign Embassies in Japan regarding market entry for foreign technology companies to Japan, and about ten foreign Embassies in Tokyo regularly purchase Eurotechnology market reports
- Co-initiated a national Japanese R&D focus program on spin-electronic devices and lead a Japanese government R&D project in this field, leading to a number of patent applications for inventions. This field forms the basis for next generation MRAM memories.
- advised the President of Germany, US Senator Jeff Bingamann, French Vice-Industry Minister Nicole Fontaine, the Technology Committee of the German Federal Parliament
- Japan's External Trade Organization (JETRO): Gerhard Fasol served several years on the advisory Board to the Chairman of JETRO advising this Japanese Government agency on international trade issues from a European perspective
